Every commercial frame is predominantly built from kiln-dried timber and structural plywood paired with high-tension commercial webbing, heavy-gauge steel no-sag springs, and architectural Laminex® and Polytec® joinery plinths and table surfaces. To protect indoor air quality in offices, enclosed screening rooms, clinics, and hotels, we bond our Australian-made Dunlop commercial foams (including Enduro® and Luxura® support grades with Ultra-Fresh® antimicrobial protection) using the Dutch 100% water-based, solvent-free SABA Adhesive 3392 and SABA Activator 3101 system—backed by our 5-Year Commercial Warranty.
