Can you build a completely custom or bespoke sofa from a photo, sketch or floor plan?

Yes. Bring an inspiration photo, architectural drawing, sketch or room measurements to our Smeaton Grange Showroom (6/9 Yarmouth Place, Smeaton Grange NSW 2567) or submit them online. Our Sydney design and frame-making team can engineer virtually any silhouette, curve, tufting detail, timber console integration or modular layout from the ground up.

What dimensions and ergonomic details can be customised on a Leisure Lounges sofa?

Every dimension can be tailored to the millimetre: overall wall length, chaise projection, individual seat width, seat depth (from upright 520mm postural seating to deep 1,100mm–2,100mm cinema lounging), seat height, back height, arm width/profile, leg finish, and cushion firmness across Australian Dunlop Enduro, Opulence and Luxura foams.

How do you ensure a large custom modular or daybed fits through tight doorways, lifts or stairs?

During your design consultation, we review your doorway widths, hallway turns, stairwell clearances and apartment lift dimensions. When needed, our Sydney factory engineers the frame in split, interlocking sections or with bolt-on arms/backs so delivery into upstairs media rooms, apartments or sunken lounges is seamless.

Can you template angled bay windows and sunken lounge pits in Sydney?

Yes. We specialise in custom bay window lounges, angled-wall sofas and sunken living room lounges across Sydney, Macarthur, Wollongong, the Southern Highlands and regional NSW—building the frame to match exact wall angles (such as 120° or 135° bays) and sunken step-down heights, and pairing it with custom-bent bay window curtain tracks or Roman blinds.

Can your design team coordinate my sofa upholstery with custom curtains, Roman blinds and rugs?

Yes. At our Smeaton Grange Showroom, you can place full-length Zepel, Mokum and Warwick fabric hangers alongside our 16 full-hide certified non-toxic leather ranges, natural wool & linen rugs, and custom S-Wave sheers and blockout curtains so your entire living room or home theatre works harmoniously.

How long does a bespoke Australian-made lounge take to build and do you deliver Australia-wide?

Most custom and bespoke lounges are handcrafted in our Sydney factory in approximately 4 to 6 weeks from final specification and fabric confirmation (with priority slots available when capacity permits), followed by specialist delivery across Sydney & NSW or insured furniture freight Australia-wide.
