Vertical or horizontal stitch channels over supportive commercial Dunlop foam. Ideal for restaurants, hotel bars, and club dining rooms.

Custom Sizing: Straight runs, L-corners, or curved walls (450–480 mm seat height).

Classic Plain-Back & Crumb-Gap Booths

Clean, timeless lines with ergonomic lumbar support and an optional wipe-clean gap between the seat and backrest for fast daily cleaning.

Yes. Leisure Lounges Pty Ltd is an approved supplier on the Department of Parliamentary Services Furniture Manufacturing, Refurbishment and Conservation Services Panel (AusTender Standing Offer Notice SON4045729, Panel Reference PNL5231, deed active 13 November 2024 to 13 November 2027). AusTender records multi-agency access as All Agencies, enabling eligible Commonwealth, state, healthcare, and public-sector buyers to procure custom manufacturing, reupholstery, and conservation services under the panel terms.
What are your commercial frames and joinery made from?
Our commercial frames are predominantly built from kiln-dried timber and structural plywood in our Sydney factory, paired with commercial webbing and heavy-duty steel no-sag springs. For booth plinths, kickboards, capping rails, and dining or booth tables, we partner with Laminex® and Polytec® alongside solid Tasmanian Oak—backed by a 5-Year Commercial Warranty.
Why do you use SABA 3392 + 3101 water-based adhesive?
We bond our foams and upholstery using SABA Adhesive 3392 with SABA Activator 3101. Unlike traditional solvent glues that release harsh chemical smells, this water-based system is 100% free of organic solvents and certified to GREENGUARD Gold and OEKO-TEX® standards—keeping indoor air fresh and healthy for guests, staff, and patients.
Which fabric, vinyl, and leather suppliers can we choose from?
You can choose from over 300 commercial ranges—including Warwick, Zepel, Wortley, James Dunlop, Mokum, Profile, Charles Parsons, Materialised, Instyle, Austex, and Nolan Group, plus certified commercial leathers from NSW Leather Co., Corium Leather, Tasman Leathers, and Italia Cuoi—or supply your own specified material (COM).
Can you reupholster our seating without closing our venue?
Yes. We offer staged and overnight reupholstery (refreshing booths or lounges section by section) as well as on-site repairs, leather and timber conservation, and scheduled maintenance so your venue never loses trading hours.
Where do you measure, deliver, and install?
Our team provides on-site check-measure, delivery, and installation across Sydney Metro, Macarthur, Wollongong & the Southern Highlands, and we also deliver and install larger commercial projects Australia-wide (with supply-only delivery available nationwide for projects of any size).
